SEA
The Association of Language Centers, or SEA, was founded in 1993 in the Adrogué province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. SEA began as an English Language Association, and now encompasses all languages occurring within the province of Buenos Aires including Portuguese, German, French, Italian, and Spanish for foreigners. All language centers associated with SEA work to maintain and guarantee a level of excellence in quality and progress in language instruction.
